Entries will be open by the end of Week 2 Term 3, 2019.
Entries close 3pm FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 20th – no late entries accepted.
Schools will be invoiced individually for the total amount of their entries after entries close.
Please make sure that you have read and abide by the MADE Awards Criteria.
Awards Ceremony

Venue: Baycourt Theatre, Tauranga

Student / Teacher Involvement
Please download the Student / Teacher involvement rubric pdf and follow the suggestions for teacher involvement. Remember these awards are for the students and their learning, not for how whizz bangy a teacher can make their students look! This event is open to ALL NZ Schools and their students and is to highlight and share learning experiences that have taken place at school (hence entries should not be created by child and parent).
Copyright Issues
If Copyright permissions are not made very clear in a submission, the MADE Awards judges reserve the right to not judge the submission pending further details. Further details about copyright can be accessed from the resources page. Entrants are solely responsible for ensuring that all necessary copyright and other relevant rights and authorisations for entries have been obtained prior to submitting an entry. The MADE Awards takes no responsibility for any failure by an entrant to obtain the necessary authorisations.
Awards
Awards and prizes will be given out according to the level of sponsorship received. If you are interested in helping to sponsor the MADE Awards this year or at a future date, please contact – madeawards@gmail.com
Prizes given out at the MADE Awards Ceremony will be given out to the school. While students and teachers are presented on stage with the certificates and prizes (some of these will be couriered to your school) it is up to each individual winning school to decide how the prizes are distributed.
Judging
Judges will be an unbiased panel, no judge has provided tuition or assistance to any entries in this years MADE Awards. Judges decisions will be final, etc, etc. Remember this is supposed to be fun people!

Use of Media
The MADE Awards reserves the right to use the provided clips (including any part of the clips) in any form it chooses for the purpose of promotion and publicity of the MADE Awards. Submission of a clip by an Entrant constitutes consent by that Entrant for the MADE Awards to use the clip for publicity purposes and for the Awards presentation.
