1. Entry must be a teacher reviewed project created within the school context / environment in the 2010 school year. 2. All projects must identify the purpose, objective and the audience. 3. Please check the expectations of each category. Video projects should be submitted in one of the following formats (listed in order of preference): Quicktime .MOV file (full quality), MP2 or MP4, mini-DV tape. We will accept other file formats (such as WMV, AVI, etc) however we cannot guarantee that we can convert them into a suitable file format for the awards. Image Projects shoud be submitted as .jpg file format on a cd. Images placed on websites will not be accepted. 4. Project entries should be limited to the movie times specified in the categories information page. However, projects longer than the specified limits may be judged on a specified segment of the entry. 5. Entries submitted to the MADE Awards will not be returned. By submitting your entry, you consent to its use for publicising the MADE Awards and its aims. 6. The MADE Awards are limited to the work of students facilitated by teachers. It is expected that teachers will follow the guidelines for teacher involvement in the creation of entries. 7. All entries should be of a 'General' rating, with content suitable to be shown to all Primary School aged children. The MADE Awards Trust reserve the right to exclude any entries where content is deemed to be inappropriate. 7. The signature of the teacher and students parental permission is required for your entry to be accepted. This is part of the Final Entry Form. 8. Entries must meet all copyright standards by obtaining releases for all copyrighted materials prior to submission. This is part of the Final Entry Form. 9. WEB pages will not be included in any category due to there being other avenues for WEB page competition.
